A Little About Me

I live and come from the “land of living skies” and my heart and soul are connected deeply to Saskatchewan and its people. I would like to acknowledge that I live on the traditional lands of the Cree, Ojibew(OJIBWE), Saulteaux(SO-TO), Dakota, Lakota, Nakoda and on the homeland of the Metis Nation. This is now referred to as Treaty 4 territory. I reside in Craven, SK, nestled in the Qu’Appelle valley on an acreage with my husband and our three dogs. My practice is also located here.

I love being fully immersed in nature, intimately connected to the Earth and skies. I love photophaphy and getting lost in the beauty of the world, making and sharing treats that feed the soul, dancing, writing poetry, growing food, reading, and exploring new landscapes. I have a daily yoga and breath practice that both nurtures me and grounds me. I love coming together in community to expand into love and connection and aliveness, whether that be through facilitating chanting events, collaborating in workshops, or holding space in sacred circle.
